"This is an A+ tattoo parlor. I went in on a weekday to get my eyebrow pierced, and the owner, Paula, was working the shop for the evening. The only customers ahead of me were a mother and her two young daughters getting their ears pierced for the first time. Paula handled the children so expertly and tenderly. She was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I could tell she genuinely cares about her customers and the quality of service her establishment provides. Paula made my piercing process quick and (relatively) painless, making sure I felt alright afterwards. She's a pro for sure. The shop was very clean.
