Waited 40 min to get another filled they said wasn’t already filled and after got home and one was missing. Called them back and they said we don’t have that in inventory. We can get it the next day. Ugh!"

"I would give this location a zero if I could. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Prescriptions are lost on a regular basis and their on-line processing. I'm forced to deal with Walgreens because of my insurance plan. Otherwise I would deal with almost anyone else. If you can do business anyplace else, do so."
"TWO MONTHS LATER: Ann has again refused to fill my RX, even tho they have been approved by my insurance. She seems to think she’s a doctor and can change meds as she sees fit. She also hung up on me again, after I told her my medications had been approved. Worst pharmacy ever, mostly due to the rude and unprofessional pharmacist Ann Russell. Insisted on calling me baby twice and when I asked her not to, she told me to “listen up, lady”. Called Walgreens to complain but no one bothered to call me back so I guess this is just par for the course. When the pharmacy makes a mistake then tries to gaslight you into thinking it was your fault, it’s time to find a new pharmacy. They have certainly earned their rating."
