"Poor communication and customer service skills. Resoled a pair of pecan ostrich boots and they changed the color of the sole from a matched sole to a black sole, which cheapens the look. But the guy is so gruff that I was just happy to leave. I'll take the business elsewhere. Not worth dealing with them."

"Very disappointed with this store, wouldnt recommend anyone to any location! Paid for a belt to lower size, and give me a belt i couldnt longer fit( too small)....And paid $33 dollars, for something i cant even wear! Didnt really notice it until i paid and was at home really trying to fit the belt! I just need to charge it to the game?"

"The Memorial location (S. Dairy Ashford) has always been my go to, but Justin really outdid himself this time. Replaced the joints on my vintage Louis Vuitton weekender & helped me find the perfect gray for a vintage caviar pink Chanel handbag that needed new life. The dye job on my Chanel is gorgeous, and my weekender is ready for its next adventure. It’s a short trip from Cinco Ranch to this location, and always worth it. Bravo!"

"This location was very helpful and provided a same day service. I initially called the Kirby store and it honestly felt like they didn’t want my business and insisted I go to this location. I’m glad I went to this location instead as they were very accommodating. Definitely will use this location in the future!"

"You guys need to do a way better job at communicating what people are paying for. Make sure before proceeding with payment, the customer and the employee both have a complete understanding of what services is being done and what’s SPECIFICALLY needing to be fixed. I came in to get the WHOLE bottom part of my heel fixed. I specifically pointed out that I needed to get the paint and leather of the heel to be smoothed out. 4 weeks later I come in to pick up my shoes and this is the end result. That’s very much frustrating when I was looking forward to seeing fixed shoes. & then being told I will need to pay an additional $40+ to get the leather pulled down is also frustrating because what did I even pay for to being with? This was my first and most likely last time using Houston Shoe Hospital & it’s services— well at least this specific location. I am very much annoyed & disappointed. Money wasted."
