"The worst customer service I've seen. I work in retail myself. I arrive close to closing I was trying on for fit. I did not examine my dress until I made it out of town to the location I plan to where it to. Once I had it on I seen there was a white spot. I tried to remove it but once I seen it was not coming off I stopped and brought the dress back. I could not wear it I had my receipt and tags. The dress was not worn and I had just bought it. The guy who I believe is Jose or something with a J refused to exchange the dress saying that I worn it and that I made the stain are you serious? If I did why would I come to you obviously i had plans for this dress and I spent way to much money for this type of quality to never wear it. I got Directed to Nick at the other location off Cullen. He help me with no issue he seen I wasn't wanting money back, he seen I wasn't one of those people who pay for something where it then return for another. All I wanted was the exact same dress but with out the stain. This store lost me as a customer and believe me I will have all my friends and family go to the Cullen location instead of this one. If you don't wanna be screwed over do not go to this location"

"Customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced!!!! Came to exchange shoes for my grandson and and they didn't have his size. They wouldn't refund my money even though I had the receipt. Had to buy something I didn't want. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Definitely won't be going to any of their stores ever again."
