"Horrible service. Do not recommend this shop my dad got his vehicle in the shop and they ruined the transmission. And they do horrible work."

"The way business is conducted here is very questionable. Do not expect an invoice upfront for any repairs! Their method of operating is "we will give you a bill at the end" - this method is prone to leaving you with a bill higher than expected with literally no solid explanation or justification. One time I got charged 350 for trying to resolve an issue with a bent hitch/frame. No work got done, rather they still charged me 350 for attempting to solve the issue. On other times I took a diesel truck to this shop. Keep in mind cores for water pumps, fuel pumps, are very expensive! Instead of returning the cores to me they keep them for money on the side and they still charge ridiculous prices! Do not give them money upfront otherwise the final bill will outweigh any paid money in the first place. I do not mind paying for quality workmanship and honest work only when the person I am dealing with provides me accurate information and insight at the very beginning of the deal. Leaving your vehicle here is similar to walking blindfolded at night not knowing what to expect. I hope their style of operating changes, the only thing helping this place right now is that it is in a very good location - after sending my vehicle here 3 times I am no longer returning unless I catch wind that their style of operation changes."

"Alert!!! The service is terrible, they lie to the customers and over charge ! My car still has a oil leak & car was returned to me two days after and not fixed probably . A day later went back to get it fixed ,Mechanic was lost and mentioned he had fixed the problem and that he didn't know why is was still leaking, I Explained that it wasn't fixed because it leaked even more . They said to bring it back another day because they didn't know where the leak was coming from. I was already there!!!They ignored me, the owner returned my keys and said we fixed it already. I was told the owner Mr. Zavala has a bad reputation and i Agree. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!"

"They told me they ordered the part from O'Reilly, and it was from some other part that came from no true manufacturer, over charged me, I had to negotiate the price down, the service is so bad."

"Frank/Javier is not even a mechanic but yet he likes to over charge for service. Poor service, quality of service is horrible they like to ask for money ahead of time before even finishing the job, Frank wanted to charge me for service without me even checking there work first! They lie to people about prices, warranties and quality of service! Owner seems to be a cery good person talks about his personal life to get you into obtaining there service, ex. im a christian i dont steel and so on..... I would not recommend this business to anyone not even my worst enemy!"
