"If you love your shoes and care about them a lot, take them here. You’ll be happy you did. I drive about an hour to get here from my house, and it is definitely worth it. One of my cowgirl boots got damaged on the toe area, so it made it painful for me to wear. After my boots got fixed and I went home to try them on, I couldn’t even remember if it was the left boot or the right boot that was hurting me because they both felt perfect and totally comfortable. These boots are really sentimental to me, and I was afraid I’d never be able to wear them again, but thanks to West Shoe Hospital they’re better than ever. They also got leather conditioned, and none of the embroidery changed color or got damaged. Also, I got new soles on my sandals and I’m confident they’ll last for years. Really nice craftsmanship and they feel much nicer on my feet."

"I’ve been looking for a cobbler to resole my Rick Owen Dunks and Margiela Tabis, stumbled upon West Shoe Hospital, the cobbler (didn’t get to catch his name sorry bro) seemed very knowledgable and was very patient in answering all of my questions, which made me feel reassured that my shoes were in good hands. - Turn around time was 1 week from the day of drop-off, he also will notify you by text when your items are ready to pick up. - I paid $100 total ($50 each) for both pairs to be resoled which I think is a very reasonable price for the quality and quick turn around time. (Not sure if this would effect price but I did supply my own insoles) - Upon pick up I was beyond satisfied with the outcome as they came out exactly how I wanted them to, the cuts on the soles are crisp and clean, He was also able to cut the sole to the Tabi toe slit and it looks amazing pretty much looks like the shoes could’ve came new with the soles! TLDR; West Shoe Hospital is the place to go if you need any work done on high end shoes, they are quick and reliable, and will definitely be back to get the rest of my rotation resoled!"
