"I made an online order that was supposed to be ready the next day. I didn't end up getting my order until a week later. I called the store 3 times , each time i'll call they said they couldn't provide me with information because the person working the online orders is out. My husband eventually called and they told him my shirt was ready a week ago... I NEVER received an email, neither an alert from the app saying it was ready for pick up. I go to the store, there's about 3 employees there not ONE person said hello, can I help you with anything?, NOTHING AT ALL. Its like they all scattered to their hiding spots. The owners comes out and asks me if i need something, I mention my online order. I have my phone ready to show the email with my order info and he asked to see the card i used to purchase the shirt and my ID. Now my ID I can understand, but the card? Weird.. I didn't show my card, just my ID. I got my order and left. NEVER BUYING FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! Horrible customer service, Employees look like they don't even want to work, This location sucks!"

"They sell shoes hats lot of different shirts lot of different hats.. A different tennis shoes the people are nice did take care of why you are there. Service is good located off of west Fuqua and Hairm Clark in the Foodarama Shopping Center next the Beauty Supply Store."

"More than 4-5 workers in the store. Not a utter. No, greeting or anything. Looked for what I came for didn’t have it. On the way out I’m assuming the owner asked what I was looking for after I had been in there 10-15 minutes. Customer service is everything to me especially when I’m about to spend my money."

"Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a dress I bought at the location off Federal. The customer service there was horrible they refused to assist me. To where I was directed to Nick at this location. He understood me and my issue and thankfully he had my dress and fixed everything. I was so excited. It will be a drive but I will forever come to this location. Thank you Nick you have great customer service. We will be seeing you soon."
