"The check out lady was horrible and so unfriendly. She insisted on taking our phone number and email. Couldn’t enter them right. Held us for a while despite my request that we need to pay and leave. Not interested in extra offers. She then trashed the important piece of paper that I gave her to help with the email spelling. She really got us very disappointed in this place, even though other staff were so nice and helpful. Guys you need to put a friendly helpful face at the til to creat a good impression."
