"I posted a review about this establishment on Saturday night. Here's an update. After posting the review Jacob the shop owner responded letting me know that the shop was broken into and that someone stole their shop cell phone. He then offered to settle the inconvenience and refunded me my money back and also offered me a discount on my next tattoo. I really appreciate his professionalism and correcting the problem. That showed me that he is an honest man and runs an honest business so for that in itself I will give him a 5 star. Will use him in the near future."
"I literally could not have asked for a better experience - Jacob’s super chill and respectful and made it a welcoming environment from the second I walked in the door. Not to mention he’s super light handed and detail oriented… my tattoo turned out a hundred times better than I ever expected was possible. He did my first tattoo and made me feel real comfortable and at ease. A few weeks later he did a couple more on my back and lower tricep.
