"I ordered a bean and cheese burrito because I thought it’d be a better deal than getting 2 tacos. When I opened the bag I thought they accidentally gave me a taco and they said no that that is the burrito and that it was 9 inches. I ordered a taco and I compared them and they were the exact same size. I wouldn’t have measured it if they had been nice about it but they were very rude and didn’t listen to me at all"

"I’ve eaten at Taco Shack for years. I love their crispy tacos. A few years back my office got moved within 45 seconds of their Spicewood Springs Rd location which I was pleased with. Only the tacos shells “always”had this rancid oil taste so nothing special to look forward to. I just tried their new Anderson Ln location and wow. There’s those tacos I love. Fresh crispy tacos, no rancid oil. Fast and friendly service like always. This location is a winner."
"Taco shack consistently has the worst service in Austin This new location is no different. The drive thru wait is always 15 mins and I ordered avocado on two tacos, got charged for it, and neither taco had avocado in it! I want my money back!!"
