"This is without a doubt the WORST chipotle in history. The restaurant is always dirty, literally the rudest employees you will ever encounter, food is not fresh. There is a black woman who works here and she is without a doubt the most miserable woman to walk the earth. I believe she’s the same girl that was fighting with the manager last time I came in here. Then I came in two days ago and she was treating every customer horrible. Rolling her eyes looking us up and down. She wouldn’t even speak other than saying the price in an angry voice. What a weirdo!!! Never again"

"This Chipotle made me stop going to all Chipotle’s period. Ordered online, came in to see an older man making food for in-person orders. He was the only one on the line and refused to acknowledge us about the to-go order, pointed to the other guy. Went to talk to the guy by the register scooping chips, he mumbles something and points to the line. I tell him that guy’s not making my order, can somebody? It’s 10 minutes late. Ignores me and he looks mad now. Went back to the line to see if the other guy was in the mood to make to-go orders again, and no, just pointed to the other worker. Checked my apps, it’s supposed to be done/getting made and showed them. I’m just wondering at this point how they wanted this to resolve because I have no food and am just clearly sitting there. I begged the chip scooper to please not take it out on me, but no dice. He did not get on the line to scoop the food and it was back to the earpods. Sit back down to see if it would all turn out Ok and waited a surreal 10 minutes where nobody addressed me or even looked. Then I awkwardly left. Refunded the order through the app and have never gone back to Chipotle ever since. Just why"

"Why are people forced to order online? So I walk in. The first thing they say is only pork and no veggies. OK? So I got a bean and rice burrito but still charged veggies price. I accept it. I place my card in and pay, I'm handed my receipt and walk away. I am told to come back and pay again for my burrito, and I show him the receipt and say I did. I'm told I didn't and need to insert my card again. After doing so, I ask for my receipt. I'm told I already got it. I reply no you told me this one didn't count. I want the one that counts. He replied it doesn't work like that. I say I want a copy of my receipt or a refund. Again, he is confused. I need the manager, and she's in the restroom. Ok I'll wait. 3-5 min later, she comes out and just reprints the receipt and walks away. I walk outside and decide nothing burrito, with all this drama is not worth $10. I asked for the refund, and she replied, "What's wrong with it?" I respond you tell people you have only pork but the online section has all meats. She quickly interjects were under staffed. I ask what does understaffing have to do with online orders being made to order where walk-ins get rejected? Sir, those orders are already paid for. To which I may have rudely responded, "and mine isn't?". So I leave saying to myself. "I'm done with Chipotle." So if anyone from Chipotle decides to read this, please answer this question. Is it easier to decline a customer who walks in their options than it is to decline an online order altogether because online transactions have a better profit margin than in person customer satisfaction?"

"Worth-it tier: A+. Visits: 4. They fill up bowls well. Probably one of the best chipotles I’ve been to out of 5 in terms of filledness. I have only ordered in person, so don’t know about online orders."

"Regardless of location. Chipotle is always my go to place whenever I forget to bring lunch to work lol.. it's healthier than any fast food.. Love the steak bowl... it's nutritious and I get my well needed protein. And except for the rice and beans which never taste that great. I'll still eat then though but the fajitas, veggies, red salsa and guacamole taste delicious."
