"Really enjoyed the brisket taco which was really more of a brisket quesadilla. The brisket was moist, tender and fatty! Exactly how it should be. The blend of cheeses melted around the perfectly seasoned brisket was a real treat that we enjoyed on the porch while listening to the DJ, sipping a drink and smoking a cigar."
