"Went with my mom for some orthopedic shoes. My mom asked for 7.8 or a size 8. They brought her an 8.5 and told her they felt that would be her size. She tried them on and as expected they were too big. She asked for a size 8 and they told her that they've been doing this for while and know what size she is. When my mom asked if they could just bring a size 8 so she could try them on, they got mad and told her to just leave, that they were not going to help her. Horrible customer service and very lazy ladies."
