"This place is horrible, they put anything in your order, if the homeless don't steal your order you’re lucky !!!! those who prepare the online orders forget the most important things, I ordered double chicken in my salad several times and, they didn't even put any chicken on it a real joke. A real disaster, I'm going to report it to the health department. Chipotle corporation should do inspections every locations ,because this has been happening for a long time!!! Wake up !!!! Go in person and check your order before you leave the store !!! And I put my food and the garbage so MAD"
"1. Why isn’t there fresh food at 8:20? 2. I always come to this one, but the young people behind the counter need to learn customer service. Our food was just tossed on the trays/tacos. Juice was drained from anything. Just not made with love. 3. Sautéed veggies were still raw & more wasn’t being made 4. Ordered chips & guac with my order. The chips were 1/4 of the bag (had to go back since we didn’t notice until we got home) It’ll be a min before I come back to this one."
"The given portions are ridiculous for the price. This bowl was $10+. We only buy chipotle bc our kids like it. Sadly the portions are terrible every time. Never again. Food tastes old as well."
"I recently had a disappointing experience at Chipotle. I stopped by the store with a simple request - I wanted a quesadilla. However, I was told that I couldn't order it in-store and had to do it online. This felt like an unnecessary inconvenience, as I'm sure they could have accommodated my order on the spot. Moreover, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed slow, and the line was incredibly long, nearly reaching the door during my visit. This made the overall experience frustrating and time-consuming. It felt like an instance of laziness at its finest, which was quite disappointing. Chipotle needs to work on improving the in-store customer experience to keep patrons happy and satisfied."
"Ordered two Chicken Bowls with all the good toppings, white rice, black beans, salsa, etc except lettuce since it was the last day for a BOGO deal I received. I thought it would be a quiet place late in the evening but they had orders mostly for pickup and it was busy. But I needed to sit in and have my order. Not as pleasant as I thought it would be. Came in (June 14)."
