"My oil change appointment was at 10. I arrived at 9:30 and dropped my car off. I received a text at 11:33 stating the findings and my option to choose them or deny them. I selected yes to an additive and a 4 wheel alignment. I immediately signed it and sent it back. Around 1:40 I arrived back at the dealership because I was told that my car was parked out front like it was ready. I walked in and went to pay for the extra services. Only for the guy to tell me it wasn’t ready and they hadn’t even done my alignment, yet. I made an appointment so I could be in and out and not have to be in town all day as I live an hour away. So when they told me my alignment hadn’t even been done when just 2 hours prior to this, I sent the message saying to proceed. I’m not sure what happened in those 2 hours but clearly my car just got set aside. I’m uncertain as to why messages are sent to ask if you want additional services and then they are not done when you respond almost immediately. So I had to wait another 30 minutes once I got back to the dealership for the alignment on my car to be done. In total, it took 5 hours for my car to receive a simple oil change and an alignment. Going forward, I will be choosing another place to have my car serviced."
