"Customer service was good. Getting my vehicle back was in a timely manner. Got vehicle back from repairs had a constant rattle, took it back they looked at it drove away the rattle is still there. Brought it back looked at it drove away and still not fixed."

"I was referred to this body shop by my insurance company. They took over a month to complete the job with little communication. I called on a Monday to pick it up and was told it wouldn’t be until Wednesday because they had to do a ‘quality inspection’. I picked up my vehicle Wednesday afternoon only to take it back Thursday Morning after finding the trim was missing and the bumper was not fully attached. I took the vehicle back Thursday and Friday the battery completely died leaving me stranded in a store parking lot. Come to find out, the battery had been removed and was not properly placed back in. The ground wire had come off due to them not putting the battery back in. While speaking to Joe at Moss body shop he stated they never did anything with the battery. On the receipt it lists on two separate occasions they did work on the battery. When the back door was opened to show Joe the battery, the trim on the door that was replaced came off. Horrible communication, substandard work, and dishonesty. I will not ever use this body shop again."

"I’ve never had to go to a body shop before so I chose Moss based off of previous reviews. Let me just say I’ll never take my business anywhere else. They have the best customer service and quality. Not only did they repair my car perfectly, it looked better than when I drove it off the car lot, but they also detailed my car and left me a shirt before giving it back to me. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their hard work and dedication to their customers. 10/10 recommend!"
