"TL:DR - Wheel Technologies botched my wheel restoration twice. Do not use this company. They lack care, workmanship and quality control. I had new tires put on at my local tire shop only to find that their tire changer duck had scratched all four of my wheels. The tire shop contracted Wheel Technologies to restore the wheels to their original condition, but that is far from what I received. Wheel Technologies had my wheels for five days - Monday thru Friday. This was longer than I had expected, so I gave Wheel Technologies a call on Thursday to find out why it was taking so long to buff out some scratches, which is when I was informed by Josh, who answered the phone, that they have to redo the entire wheel. They apparently had a hard time with matching the paint on one of them, so it was taking a bit longer. Seemed a bit extreme to repaint an entire wheel for some scratches, but it's not my area of expertise, and I assume they know what they're doing, so I went with it. Friday I get the call to pick up my car, but first I want to inspect the work, and man I'm glad that I did. See, I have two tone wheels - some natural aluminum and some painted gray, so you've gotta tape off the aluminum when painting the gray to avoid getting paint on the aluminum parts, right. Whoever taped these wheels did a mediocre job. Rounded areas were square, lines weren't straight, some parts weren't painted well... It was pretty bad. I called, spoke with Josh and advised that the workmanship was terrible and they would need to redo them. Josh barely flinched, almost like this is totally normal. He just asked what I didn't like and to schedule with the tire shop to have them picked up again. He showed zero empathy, was not apologetic in the least... all business. Round two was for four days - the following Monday thru Thursday. One would think that since they did such a poor job the first time that they would put their best man on the job and make double sure that the quality control is tight. You'd be wrong. They still botched it. I'd like to say that I was shocked, but it truly is hard to find quality people who actually care about their work, so I wasn't. Just really disappointed. I would never, ever do business with this company myself after this experience, and I hope that, until they have better care, workmanship and quality control, that you don't have to either. It seems pointless to ask them to restore the wheels a third time knowing that this is what I'll get. Based on previous reviews, if my wheels were all black this might not have been an issue. Apparently they just can’t handle half painted/ half bare wheels. Let the pictures speak for their work."

"Amazing work on some… who knows what the previous guy tried to do these rims. They cleaned up someone’s mess from the previous owner and made them look showroom perfect. Highly recommended. Josh Clift is excellent to work with I will be bringing future jobs to him."

"Waited about 3 months to write this review. I took my wheel here on the week of July 4th. Company had some difficulties communicating and getting shop opened. When I got my rim back it looked great but when riding around and just seeing if the problem would go away or if it was my tires, the rim has a pretty bad wobble to it when I drive, if i had known that it was going to be fixed but not usable I would have just bought another rim. If you need something to last till you can get another rim, id recommend this but to keep using repaired rims I wouldn’t recommend."

"Heard about this shop from a Discount tire employee and they are awesome. I took my 2017 C7 Grandsport to them and they repaired 2 bent rims and repainted all 4 rims. The customer service was awesome, the turn around time was 2 days which would have been 24 hours but one rim did not meet their level service so they had it redone which took an additional day, I'm not complaining about because it shows that they value their customers and stand behind their work. The wheels look like new no complaints at all. If I need any work in the future I will definitely be returning to Wheel Technologies!"

"Wheel technologies provided excellent customer service and an amazing product. The wheels on my Tesla Model S had deep curb rash and they repaired them flawlessly. The gloss black powder coating is absolutely perfect and GORGEOUS. Jordan and the rest of the staff are respectful, polite, and extremely competent. Our wheels were done quickly and they communicated with us the whole time. I’m beyond satisfied and would be thrilled to recommend WT to everyone who wants flawless wheel repair and/or powder coating. Jordan is impressively bilingual as well.
