"I brought 2 used tires to them for them to mount and balance, and they charged me $50! I helped them out and let them use my impact. I'm seriously not happy with them. I asked them how much for 2 used tires from them $46. Wow, 1 star says, "I hate it." Hate is a strong word. My mama taught me better. I'd leave no stars if I could. You lost this customer and got a bad review on Google."

Took my truck to get wheels balanced and tire rotation left all lug nuts loose my front driver side wheel almost came off in the highway had to pay for a new wheel and studs since wheel wasn’t sitting right anymore, went back and showed them what had happen and didn’t take responsibility i spent over $500 to get it back on the road"

"Tire repair for $10! Who can beat that. I had a screw in my tire and NTB was suggested to change my brand new tires because they cannot repair! Took it here, the guy took out the tire, didn’t say anything, repaired and put it back in less than 10mins and charged $10! That’s it. Amazing service."
