"Very rude people who work here. Yesterday I was going to get my eye brows threaded (which is next door) and a lady came out and told me to move my car closer to where I was going. I told her that I would not be moving my car because I was parked exactly where I was going. The lady must have assumed I was going to work out because I had leggings on which is a few spots down in the center. They must think no one will come to get a hair cut here if the parking space directly in front of them is not available. I’m sure that is not the case. People will walk a few extra feet to come see them if they were not rude and actually did a good job. They should learn not to do this because you never know who you will offend. I will never have my husband or my son go here for a haircut. Go see Vinny at Vinny’s Barber Shop which is nearby. They do a great job and are not rude."

"I moved to Texas from Maryland and August I was excited to find a new Barber for my son . I purchased the kids VIP and formed a relationship with the barber named Chris he was from the Chi. Unexpectedly he texted me and said he no longer would be working there. My son monthly membership had just been renewed and the manager honored it for another month .After the news from Chris I no longer wanted to use this shop because I didn’t believe none of the other barbers could do a “Cruddy Temp” that’s what the hair cut is called. The manager told me she would not refund me and I never tried another barber. So I tried another barber and she pushed my son hairline backed . Didn’t fade his hair properly and didn’t even have the proper things to do the cut the right way. My son is a 13 year old African American boy. I am so upset with the service at this shop and I honestly tried to avoid this because I knew they wouldn’t be able to do the haircut."

"Went in today after just moving into town this past week. Was excited to have a barber shop so close to where I’m living (right across the street). The greeting as I walked in was lukewarm to say the least but that’s not too much of a biggie. I was offered a beverage after checking in which was nice. There was only one other customer getting a haircut and two barbers so I was helped immediately. The barber I had greeted me nicely but that was the extent of our interaction aside from them asking how I wanted my haircut. They were invested in the conversation being had by the other barber and other guest the whole time. Never asked about any specifics that I would want with my cut (rounded or squared back or side burns) or anything. Felt like they were rushing through the whole thing even though there wasn’t anyone else waiting and they weren’t anywhere close to closing time. The haircut took at most 10 minutes which is the fastest haircut I’ve ever gotten. While the speed can definitely be appreciated some days, I would’ve much preferred to have someone that would take their time and be a little more detail oriented. Overall haircut was okay. Definitely a little uneven in several spots but I was a little embarrassed to ask to get it touched up with how the barber seemed to be rushing me out. Will probably go to another place to have it fixed."
