"Don't buy the mystic box at the Verde store. All the items are discounted and worthless. They even rolled up the original first season poster, ruining it in the box. This box should be called the "Discounted Items Box" to accurately reflect its contents. I deeply regret paying for it. It was final sales, good job to fool loyal customers. "Welp! If it wasn’t for bad luck I would have any luck at all! I took Thai absolutely beautiful hard to find Austin Fc jersey to get it customized for my wife who is the biggest Stuver fan in Austin. Unfortunately it was burned in the process. It was blamed on a mechanical issue but ultimately comes down to human error. The young man (MOD) their immediately let me know the situation which was greatly appreciated. They attempted to replace but this jersey is no longer in production. Where it went wrong for me other than the burn was his attempt at righting the wrong. He offer 35 percent off any item in the store. Seriously!? I know there are proper channel and SOP to abide by but I found this reply “horseshit” After all was said I’m done I had to return to a free jersey with free customization but the process to finally get there was super frustrating. I’m still upset about about the whole process but hopefully it is a learning experience in customer service the young man can take an learn from. Retail can be tough so all y’all out there walk away take a breather and it can always be worse. It a jersey at the end of the day. “Are you the manager on duty?”"
"Amazing! Great variety of apparel and accessories. Jerseys, t-shirts, hoodies , jackets, flags, scarves, YETI coolers, tumblers, etc. Two floors and an elevator inside the store. Men (1st floor) Women and kids sizes (2nd floor). Every size available from baby sizes to adult sizes. Huge selection of YETI products on the 2nd floor. You can also customize your apparel for extra $35."
"The best place to get Austin FC apparel. Two-level store framed by the big green rectangle closest to the Northwest Gate. Staff was helpful and there are a lot of Yeti and clothing options available inside. You can enjoy a view of the stadium seating and field from the back glass wall. Open daily 10am to 6pm."
