"Everyone at this Goodwill has been amazing and I love everyone there, but as I was walking out of the store saying goodbye today at about 4pm to all the associates the Assistant manager asked me if I was going to pay for my jacket that I bought 2 weeks ago! Everyone that was waiting in line was looking at me like I was a thief. As I was walking out she said she would check the cameras. Hope this reaches someone that can do something about her. I used to work for Goodwill for 7 years and I never treated anyone the way she treated me!"

"This goodwill is a grifter store - do not be fooled. We found multiple items where the original price tag is still on them and was covered up with a new price tag that is almost double the original cost. I thought goodwill was supposed to be a cost effective place for people in need to buy affordable items but sadly this location has turned the free and generous donations from the public into a money printer."

"I went to Goodwill on September 23rd, 2023, and I had a terrible experience. I was outside of the dressing room, and an employee, Mami, was walking by in passing and made multiple jokes about the amount of items in my cart. She then walked over to her coworker, Maridyn, and pointed to me and laughed at the amount of items in my cart to which Maridyn said “I bet she is going to leave those clothes everywhere and make a mess.” Mami then laughed, and the employee Maridyn added, “Just make sure you watch what she goes into the dressing room with and comes out with” insinuating that I would steal from the store. When my mother confronted both Mami and Maridyn, telling them that their comments were incredibly disrespectful and wildly inappropriate , the employee Maridyn immediately started apologizing for their actions while the other employee Mami lied and said it didn’t happen. She told my mom they were joking around with me even though I was not at all involved in their conversation. The employee Mami even grabbed my arm as I was walking away with my mother begging me to tell my mom that they were just joking and my mom had to shield me from the employee while telling her not to touch me. The employee Maridyn then went to the manager and told the manager that a lady(my mom) spoke to them bc they made inappropriate comments to her daughter and she asked the manager if they were going to get fired. The manager then stepped in, took us to the register and rang up our purchase while we wrote a statement. She promised to talk to her manager and get back to us at a later time. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because I felt like the manager handled the situation perfectly. Implying someone will steal, leave a mess, telling a co worker to watch certain customers who have no reason to be profiled and putting your hands on me as a minor is not funny or okay."

"I just love the fact that they sell lots books which is very convenient because I can just swing by before or after my weekly visit to half price book."

"It’s kind of a mess, but always admirably organized for so large a store with so small a staff. Overall pretty good selection of stuff. Friendly employees with good customer service. It’s worth stopping by and perusing. Remember to wash clothes you purchase before wearing them."
