"I hate writing this because I feel like the lady was nice and all but I’ve never cried so much over a bad haircut before… I asked for shoulder length… and long layers… she started cutting from the back so I had no idea just how much she had taken off… she cut it a little shorter then shoulder length WHILE IT WAS WET. The layers are choppy and look horrible… I’m still crying. She then told me I needed to remember for next time that when they dry it, it gets shorter… I ASKED FOR SHOULDER LENGTH which means at the end of it, it needed to be shoulder length and not choppy… overall, I won’t be back. I’m appalled at the fact that they did this to my hair then had the nerve to charge for it."
"I would give zero stars if i could idk how the lady that cut my daughters hair could even be certified to be a hairstylist she doesn't have a clue on how to cut hair or bangs worst haircut ever never ever going with her again, i'm furious i even told her that's not how it's supposed to be cut she was giving me an attitude, my daughter is 5yrs old and even she knew her hair was no cut correctly she cried on our way back home, kids at school made fun of her because of the way her bangs are i am soo furious idk her name but she was either from honduras or salvador she had a strong accent. I been there before but with a different lady and i loved her work she dyed my hair and cut it she had glasses and highlights, but the other lady we got the other day has no clue what she's doing."
"HORRIBLE! Took my mom to get her eyebrows done and the lady butchered them. She left with 1 and half eyebrow. She did a horrific job. DO NOT GET EYEBROWS HERE! You took half her eyebrows off. WOW"
