"First time in the barbershop. Didn’t really know what I wanted, but luckily I had Steven and he helped me get a great haircut. Was great at doing my fade and lineup, and made sure to pay attention to detail and getting it right. Steven was punctual and made sure to get me in even though I was running a little late. Will be going back again for another haircut."

"This was a haircut emergency! Walked in, the Barber( Steve) asked how can I help you and I told him what I needed. Steve had a client in his chair but told me quickly how to make an appointment to secure me a time slot. Although walk in's are welcome. Took all of 60 seconds to make an appointment using the scan code. When I came back to The Barber Chair for my appointment just 25 minutes later,every chair was full accept Steve, he was waiting on me. So not only did Steve hook me up with a great cut,he gave me tips on how to fix my color mishap. I really appreciated that. Lastly..for me, seeing a diverse group of clients and a diverse barber team..men, women, mixed ethnicities gave me confidence the Barber Chair team are fully capable of satisfying a variety of clients. Great experience!"
