He tried to explain multiple different times/ways to Sunny how he wanted it cut and was repeatedly ignored while being assured she understood what he wanted. Will not be recommending or coming back here."

"Do not waste your time. I show up to get a haircut. “Sunny” is sleeping on the couch. I sit down and she begins to cut. I ask her for a 1 on the sides and back taken all the way up. No need to fade. She begins hammering my hair away with these 1970 sheers with dull blades that nip you. She disregarded my no fade statement and left a mound of hair on my comb over side. Then began hacking off my layered hair. ALL THE WAY ACROSS. making it one level of hair (only saving grace was I stopped her and said hey let’s not do that all the way across I comb this over) she again disregarded and began again I had to stop her again and ask if I was clear on what I wanted she said yes. But then went RIGHT BACK TO IT TELLING ME I’m GETTING A NUMBER 6. I’m in a barber shop…. I’m not a child who’s picking your photo off a wall. I have never walked out of a haircut in my life. I had to stop all cutting and pull the bin off. DO NOT GO HERE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. MANAGER WONT ANSWER TO DISCUSS OPTIONS MOVING FORWARD SAVE YOUR MONEY"

"I told her I wanted a JUST a trim on top for my sons hair. She gave him a 7 on top super short that was not a trim my son was crying because is his 5 th grade graduation soon and his hair is so short. Very nice sweet lady but she needs to understand people better. Also I told her NO edge up . SHE GAVE HIM AN EDGE UP ."
