"I purchased two shirts over the phone and was asked by the associate to provide my card number over the phone, next thing I know I had unauthorized charges to Twitch which no one in my home uses. Management needs to investigate employees stealing card information. Now I’m inconvenienced with having to replace the card and don’t feel comfortable making any future purchases from this store."

"It's easier to post negative reviews than positive. So here's my positive input. Came uniform shopping sometime in July for my daughter. Yes it is pricy, & location is far but my experience at the store & with the staff was pleasant. It was peak uniform/school season, but nonetheless staff was very helpful & patient with us. Gosh I wish I remembered the girl who helped me, but she was very kind. Come to the store prepared; know exactly what you need & how many sets. & if you're unsure, ask questions! It took about 2 weeks for my order. I highly recommend reaching out through text if you have an order. They were fairly quick in response :)"

"The clerks as well as the owner was super super nice. I was told that if I had the incorrect size, I could return the shirts and get a different size. No money refund which was OK with me. My grandson had ordered two shirts online and they were too small. When I went to pick them up, there was no problem with the exchange for a larger size. As far as price, all shirts and patches from a uniform shop are little more expensive."

"In the past our PTO has made school uniform shirts available at a fair cost to parents. This year they directed us to Academic Outfitters where price is almost double. We placed out order online and attempted to order a few different colors but when I picked up my order it was just five of the same color shirt. Attempted to call and there phone message said they will not pick up the phone, return calls, or answer emails. This is certainly not a pro-customer disposition. I would recommend seeking another alternative or encouraging your PTO to find a bulk distributor and put in the effort to support your school and families by reducing costs. Parents shouldn’t be forced to pay these costs to attend public school."

"The store is somewhat expensive but it’s the only place I can get uniforms for my son. I’ve had good experiences with staff. My only complaint is the shirts shrink so air dry or order up. I also had my patches come off the shirts that are pressed instead of stitched. Aside from that, it’s not a bad experience if you go before school starts."
