"I am currently dealing with Walmart health and wellness I have asked for call backs and I have not received any. Received a bill for mine and my husband's glasses that was paid for at the time we ordered them through the office manager. That payment was made on 11/15/2023 for all of the co-pays and other services. And today I receive a message in the mail stating that we need to repay for the same services. How can we get this corrected as quickly as possible"
"I was a regular & loyal customer until yesterday when I purchased a 86 inch TV just to get home and notice it was broken..returned to the store the same day to exchange it and found out the serial numbers didn't even match and they refused to do anything about it, told us to call LG spoke to LG to find out the model in the box was an old display model & they still refused to help us to exchange it for the actual model we paid for, my advice is open the boxes if you decide to shop at this or any other Walmart to make sure you are getting exactly what you pay for...NEVER shopping at Walmart again..Target and Best buy will price match and you're guaranteed to get the items you paid for"
"Now the second time that customer service desk has stolen/scammed for money. Went to do a return a while back and did not get refunded full amount (not too long after original purchase and product not damaged) and they fit did not refund me the full amount - he claimed that that was the amount it started to give back. Unfortunately, I didn’t transfer the amount I had paid for the item in that moment and realized later he kept half for himself. Just went to do a return again and the amount refunded immediately showed up in my account, however, now it’s a week later and that refunded amount has disappeared from my account. Not sure if they are able to change anything about transaction after the fact, but this is fishy. Why, a week later, would the amount refunded and deposited back just completely disappear from bank account."
