"AMAZING experience, could not recommend more. Staff was helpful, kind, transparent, and informative. I came in for four brand new tires and during the installation it was apparent I was needing new tie rods installed, the staff informed me, allowed me to see what was wrong, gave me a quote and was able to get the parts ordered and installed all in the same trip. They stayed 30 minutes past close to help me and another customer with our problems, and I cannot commend them enough for going above and beyond. The gentleman named Will at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful during the entire process. You can tell these are good people who work there."
"I went and got my alignment done on my vehicle December 5th, because the steering wheel was pulling some after I had some repairs done to the car. I was helped by Ethan and Hooper the salesman and the technician, they were able to get the job done quickly with very little wait. It came out perfect, and drives smooth now. Highly recommend for their professionalism, quality work. I had even taken the car to Discount Tire and found out they don't even do alignments there which was pretty wild in my mind. I was happy to find out that this shop does all kinds of things, if I need to get my oil changed or brake pads changed or several other type of services in the future I'll definitely come back."
