"I didn’t take a pic but this a trash store. Had me and others wait for a jersey for hours and hours and then be told there was nothing Joke of a company"
"I was excited to be a part of the Cactus Jack HBCU giveaway today, where Space Village posted that the first 100 people would receive a free jersey and towel. I got there @ 10 AM and there was already people waiting in the line, as I expected. When the event/store opened @11, there was no communication about the “giveaway” UNTIL 1 PM! After hours, they “randomly” picked 15 people from the long line & told everybody else to go home. They gave no explanation other than, “things changed last minute.” Definitely do not recommend."
"Visited just recently and the cafe employees were helpful and told us that the clothing store was next door since I was a bit confused on where to find it. I haven’t stopped thinking about how horrible the customer service was at the actual store though. Multiple employees and not once were we greeted or spoken to and we were the only customers there. The music is quite low and it just felt so awkward shopping. I personally won’t be returning, that one experience was enough."
"Wavy store, horrible customer service. The Cafe side was great, but with the clothing side.. was not greeted when we walked in nor were approached when shopping. The selection of clothing was nice, but didn’t want to finish looking simply because of the awkward environment."
