"Bought a $159 dress for my wife while out of town for a gift. Before purchasing I asked if there would be any issues with returning the item if it didn’t fit. I was assured it wouldn’t be an issue. It has been over a month of countless emails and phone calls and have gotten no where with the company! I continue to get the excuse that the reason for no response is COVID! This is written May 18 2022. I would not recommend spending any money with this company as their customer service is non existent."
"I purchased a piece of merchandise there and it did not fit me properly in the arms. Because it is in the airport I was having a difficult time going through customs to return it. Once I return to Hobby Airport for my next outgoing trip I took it to the location at the airport and was refused and exchange. I found it very unprofessional in very bad customer service. I was requested to return the item with the tags on and a copy of my bank statement. After sending it there I was informed by the general manager that the employee gave me the incorrect address. At this point I have no merchandise in over phone has been credited to my account so I'm merchandise replaced. I have been a loyal customer online and traveling to Spain for a few years. I will not shop here anymore and do not recommend that you take a chance on purchasing anything without trying it on. I thought they would be more friendly due to the fact I just purchased it the week before in the salesperson knew exactly who I was very disappointed and very angry that at this point I am out of $119 with no expectations for any results"
"I ordered a poncho online during their EOY sales. It was awesome! Great price, fantastic quality, everybody loves my poncho. It was a great adition to the Houston weather. Delivery was quick."
