"You come to a place cause you hear good things, but this was a completely bad experience. We dropped off a dress on Sept 28th and our tag said the dress would be ready by the 12th of October. It wasn't, so we called and they said it wouldn't be ready till the following Tuesday, still wasn't, after that, we called over and over an no one would return our calls. This is not the experience my fiancé deserves before her big day, it's like they didn't take that into consideration. They had over a month to do a few alterations, and it took them until today to finish up."
