"Dropped my twins hoodie pink and blue Jackets to get monogrammed with their names on it only to get ripped off completely by Kristy the owner or lady who works at the front claiming on each promised date that was given for the jackets to be ready..Her Printer was Broken!! I explained that I had a deadline! I was nice and even understanding yet she lied and never called me like promised. Called two days later in a row, drove by today and she had closed her shop during working hours (several hours before closing) and I assume refusing to give me back the merchandise I brought to her shop!! My two osh kosh b gosh jackets/hoodies. The last time I will be duped by a shady business owner!!"
