"Placed an online order specifically at this location because they had all of my items for in store pickup today. I made sure to do this so no one else could grab the items I wanted. Of course, terrible management sold the items that were listed as available so when I got there, only 1 item was there. I went and found the exact same items expecting them to just allow me to take them, but they refused. I asked for an exchange but they said they can’t exchange. I’ve worked in retail and literally everything about this is just wrong. I had to beg them for a receipt for the return on my card - they didn’t even want to do that at first."
"Decent Academy experience. They didn’t have as much selection in the shoe section as I would have liked, but it had plenty of inventory for the things they did have. Staff was very friendly and helpful, no complaints. The store, per usual at Academy, was well organized and clean. Any sporting item can likely be found here. Great place to check out."
