"Don’t go to this place. Owner is extremely rude, won’t let us look at the clothing racks without “‘messing” it up. I was just looking through the sweaters and mistakenly put the brown sweater in the front of the rack. The owner got all mad and yelled out we messed it up because supposedly she wanted to put the red sweater in front of the rack to represent the Christmas holiday vibe. Made no sense to be yelling at a customer like that. Every time a customer looks at her clothes she gotta be standing there keeping an eye on them and when they finish she needs to come fix it like it’s ruined. Go ahead and close your business if you’re not going to let your customers shop."

"Downright disrespectful, rude and RACIST! First time visiting Hong Kong Mall and this was the first store I went in and as soon as I walked in the lady working there turned around and said to me “We do not sell big size clothing here only small size” and went on saying she doesn’t open until 11AM but the sign on the door says OPEN. She walked us out of her store. How can you say such thing to someone who is trying to give you sales and keep in mind that she does carry clothing of all sizes."

"Huge selection of shoes and clothing. I came here shopping with my mom for years. That being said, if you come here... you're guaranteed to get yelled at for even looking at their stuff. God forbid you touch the merchandise, they yell at you and glare at you the entire time you're there. But they do have sales! Stuff on sale is displayed out in front of the store. If you're even slightly interested in their merchandise and start browsing... You get yelled at and cursed at in Vietnamese. Lastly, another tip for if you're wanting to get yelled at and trashed talked over and over again behind your back, just leave the store without buying anything. These are the worst people alive. Not knowing what they're saying in Vietnamese is very much a blessing. This is coming from a fellow Asian."

"I come to Hong Kong mall a lot and every time I’ve stopped by at this store, a lady that works here yells at me and is always rude that I always end up not looking at their stuff and not shopping there. Not a good way to run business if you have rude sales associates. I see why nobody goes in there at all. Would be a great idea if they hired better sales associates. I personally won’t be coming back."
