"The store was not busy at all, and I was told someone would be called over to help in the section I needed. No one came and this new young lady that was already there was trying so hard to help but was not an expert in that area. After being there for at least 15-20 mins and asking if someone was coming again. No one came. The store was quiet and barely anyone there during the day. I finally asked for the manager, and she called someone over who helped. It was just frustrating having to go through all of this, and the manager had a nonchalant attitude when I expressed my concern. I walked passed her when I was leaving the store and she didn't bother to ask if I got what I needed. She just looked at me then kept doing what she was doing. I give it 3 because when I did get help, they were really nice."

"Very disappointed with the way I was treated today!!!!!!! By the employees at the sport department!!!!!!!those employees were unprofessional get no help at all with my gun purchase it happens today between 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm . I am an academy customer for a long time and today make me fell like cutting my academy credit card in pieces and trash it !!!!!!!"

Bought different things every time we go here and they have always been knowledgeable in each individual department, always wanting to help answer our questions! Would be coming back in the future!"

"The store is very nice and organized I like how to handle all the clothes separated from Nike to under armour to puma. Somebody had to put some thought into that store. Very clean the bathroom is clean as well. He's really really nice I really like going into academy just to look sometimes."
