"Upon entering the store we were greeted by a nice young man. As we walked through the store we could not believe how messy the store was, merchandise was on the floor every where you looked. After standing in a very long line it was my turn to pay for my items. I was buying 2 holiday scrub tops. I asked the young lady that was ring up my items to please fold my scrub tops when I noticed she was balling them up. She looked at me and said "We don't fold here" as she then tossed them in the bag. So I took them out and folded them myself. I guess she got upset because she then told me I could grab my receipt myself. When I watched her hand every one before me their receipt. She then motioned to the guy at the register behind me and said "The manager is over there". So I told him she had an ugly attitude and he looked at me in disbelief. He said she was the nicest employee. He took it as a joke. He didn't care about her bad customer service at all. This store is a disappointment. Customer service is not important to these workers. I hope the owner gets to see my review. PLEASE TRAIN AND EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEES ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
