"Larry has been my barber for the last 27 years! I have moved 2 hours away and still go to him once a month for my flat top haircut. He's an old time barber that will still do a straight razor shave! A lot of places won't use a razor anymore. I highly recommend Larry and Karla!"

"Very pleasant experience..I am a caregiver an took my elderly client there. He happens to be in a wheelchair. They were very helpful in assisting me getting him in the shop. He wanted a military Marine style cut he's a Marine corps vet. They did a great job he was very pleased. They have great prices will definitely be going back.."

"I have chosen to give Hargraves Barber Shop a good star rating however, I will not return. I was recommended this place by a 65 year old man and I feel that is more of their target demographic. I also feel any father wanting to take their boy to get "a little boys cut" would be very pleased. It is definitely the fastest haircut I have ever had, in and out in 5 minutes. If that is something you value highly then you won't be disappointed. This place is just not for me. Again, if you are an old white man, old white man's kid under the age of 13 who typically has little to no say in your style/choices/haircuts, grandparent, police officer, any middle aged man who might be balding, or just anyone with a very conservative upbringing/outlook, I feel like this would be your ideal experience! I am just not a good fit for the services offered or the general environment here."
