"No communication skills whatsoever. Promise to have order done the following week and was silent. Followed up in person only to hear a supply chain excuse. Only caters to large orders as confidently boasted in conversation with him. As far as personality, pleasant to speak with and has quality designs. Unfortunately, first impression is everything and not providing the courteous manner of informing me about his delivery issues is a deal breaker. You shouldn't do business with someone you have to chase down in person to get an answer from after making a committed promise. No one should be left in the dark. Not a good business practice."
