"Went to the store today in Willow Park to try on some lace ups. Only option they had was to order them, try them on and return them if they didn’t fit. So let me get this right, order almost $400 worth of boots ($345 plus tax) on my dime just to try them on? Get some inventory, ship a pair from another store over to try etc……. Don’t put the burden on the customer to try on your product."

"I placed a order for Lucchese boots from the Willow Park Texas Store. I spoke to Toni the Sales Associate I informed her I would like to place a order for a pair of Lucchese boots I ask her to make sure the boots where not damaged she said they would be new boots. I spoke to the store management they where horrible I spoke customer service bad experience I spoke the District manager to annoy me further she text me photos of damaged boots worse damaged then the ones I received horrible Company and Management is horrible experience for me."
