"They had what I needed asked a question even though I didn't like the answer I still purchased. Of course because I needed it. Except the associates were not sympathetic to my situation and kind of laughed after I had just spent a little over $400 on something else I needed 5 days ago. I also applied for credit with them and I know that it all depends on a persons credit but I have been working on it and have been able to recieve credit from other places and have enough income to take care of business. None the less was denied which is fine but was not even given a call to be informed of the decision. I had to call to give my name to be looked up then be told I have to ask the manager to see who put the application in, then called back to be told that I was denied. Maybe they didn't have to call me and I would've gotten a letter in the mail but i always get two forms of denial from other applications. I'm just really not happy with them."

Whenever I need help someone is available and eager to assist me find the correct product . Returns are easy and quick, they load your truck with lumber for you, and even participate in local philanthropy. Great store with great staff."
