"I've lived here for 18 years and had never been to Mingo's. Now I'm kicking myself. What a great place! Just like the barber shops from the old days. He has an old school Coca-Cola machine and even an old school cash register. With the exception of the LCD TV, it looks like this place was trapped in time. Great conversation! He's really an interesting fellow that has been a barber in these parts for over 40 years. I got a haircut and a beard trim. He used the hot shaving cream and a straight razor to cleanup around the edges and the back of my neck and ears. I couldn't believe the price! Incredibly affordable! I'll definitely be seeing Mr. Mingo in the future."
"Took my father to his first professional haircut to Mingo, since COVID started and we weren't disappointed!!! Was impressed at the attention to detail, that he used shaving cream and a razor around the ears and side burns, and all of it was less then $20!!! Amazing!!! Definitely coming back!"
"Great old school Barber Shop. Real Barber chairs, not the dinky little "salon" that look as if they will collapse when you sit down. Mingo still shaves your neck hair line with shaving cream and straight razor. First shop I have been too in the last 10 years that does that."
