"Worst place ever, ordered a quinceañera dress with a year in advance. Dress was ordered 10 sizes bigger, was ordered a second dress and material quality was the worst and nothing like the dress we ordered. I was unable to get a refund (1500.00) and ended up without a dress. Owners refused to give us our money back even when they knew it had been their mistake. They’ve recently changed names to Casa Montalvo…"
