"A sincere and genuine apology for an understandable oversight paired with an excellent fade merits 5 stars. I had read reviews which is why I decided to give this place a shot. A booking mistake was made and through that I was able to see the service I read about on the reviews. Marcos could have left it at that, but I can tell his efforts were sincere and we need more service like that in EP."

"Every time I need my hair cut I can always count on Joanna here at Heavy’s. My beard and fade always come out looking clean and best of all I’ve never had to deal with any irritation, cuts, or scarring like I have with many other barbers. This was a big deal for me since I have very sensitive skin. The whole vibe of the shop is great as well. They always have a rotation of good music playing with some of the barbers cracking jokes here and there. Check them out and ask for Joanna, you won’t be disappointed!"

"Great location and even better service. Friendly environment and it has a atmosphere of a big family. I’ve been going to that shop for past 5 months with my barber cacho and I’ve gotten nothing but amazing haircuts. He’s a phenomenal barber and continues to deliver.
