"Why are y’all making it weird to get chik fil a sauce? It’s your signature sauce, my entire family loves it; stop being so stingy with it. Because if there’s not enough sauce my family lays blame on me. I know, the economy. Don’t ask how many sauce packets I want if you’re going to completely disregard the numerical value that you asked for."

"Just got home and I am disappointed again to say the least! My salad was wrong. People always talk about how great CFA is but somehow my order is wrong more often than not!!"

"This was my first job and it was terrible. They treat you like mildew. I was lied to multiple times by the store leaders and management. Disgusting behavior on everyone’s behalf and I’m glad they let me go. Fun fact. This store, based upon proven statistics, is actually one of the top ranked Chick Fil A’s in the country based on sales, traffic and quality. I do agree that the food is fresher and better here than any other Chick Fil A in The Woodlands. I have had my order messed up a couple of times but they always reimburse it with a free meal. Every time I come here there is a new employee in the drive thru. I do NOT recommend working at Chick Fil A if you can’t handle pressure, a fast environment and corrupt management."

"Well this is probably the worst Chick-fil-A service I have ever received. I’m not one to leave reviews unless service is horrible or they went above and beyond. Francisco, I believe he is one of the managers based on his shirt, was absolutely rude! We came in around 6:45 and they were not busy at all. There was no crazy drive through line (maybe 3 cars) and absolutely no one in line inside the store. We walked right up and Francisco was at the counter, he never welcomed us or said I’ll be with you in a moment. Instead he turned away and started packing food, then 2 other employees walked past us again no one saying anything. Francisco walked passed me again. And finally I asked if I could just ask a question as I had been waiting for a bit now and let them know I had already ordered on the app. Francisco says “ma’am I am trying to pack customers food” I told him I get that and that he was not the only person that walked passed me multiple times and I just had a question. One of the ladies came up and I asked me what my question was and how she could help as I was explaining Francisco came up and kinda pushed his way in and said he got it. He was not only rude to his customers but also seemed rude to his employees. Let’s just say next time we want Chick-fil-A we will drive 5 more minutes to the Magnolia location where they treat you like family."

"Always 10/10 through the drive thru. Fresh, hot, crispy chicken and fluffy, properly salted fries. Best CFA in the area HANDS DOWN. I live in Creekside and will drive the 10 minutes to get here vs 2 mins for my closest location."
