I went here to update my auto pay, Eddie was chatting with someone on her phone, and in the meantime, she was charping eating. What a stupid lady!!!!!!. "A few months ago, after leaving Allstate for their ridiculously high quotes, I ran into this insurance agency on Facebook. About a couple weeks ago, I left my car parked in Manor High School. I was gone from my car very briefly but in that time, somebody had hit the back of my car. Although it wasn’t brutal, the damage was obvious. Luckily, the student that had done it took full responsibility and was extremely cooperative. I want to thank a special girl from the team in this location, Laura. She went above and beyond to get things situated with my repairs and the student’s insurance agency. I want to say that it’s probably some of the best service that I’ve received in an institution, period. I was extremely impressed by the amount of effort and vast knowledge in resources that Laura had. She even stayed with me, past closing hours, because my paper work was pretty lengthy. I will definitely continue to proudly be part of this agency after that experience. We need more agents like her in this industry, I am just glad to have run into her."
