"Approaching Watkins Insurance Group was the most horrific insurance experience I've ever had in over four decades of insuring homes, automobiles, and businesses. First, they had two different people get back to me, at the same time. So they are clearly disorganized as far as intaking leads. Second, the person I ultimately spoke with was incredibly slow in getting back to me about each request. It was like pulling teeth to get a reply. Last, when he did finally reply, the answer was that I was being rejected for an insurance policy because of a $200,000 insurance claim we had several years ago. I've never had an insurance claim, ever. Not for $1. So that shows they can't even do their research properly. It was the worst customer experience I've ever had related to the insurance industry."
