"I've been a customer of them for almost 2 decades and recently realized they've been taking a HUGE cut on the most recent auto insurance policy they helped me with. I was paying over $270 for full coverage with no speeding tickets or accidents on my record and I'm not in my 20s! After calling another insurance company I was quoted $140 cheaper per month and still with one of the top 5 rated auto insurance companies in the country! When I called EZ to ask them for a a new rate quote, they were offering me over $280, so higher not lower!!! I've canceled my policy through them and I'll NEVER return!! They lost a very loyal customer due to greed!"
