"Nightmare of a company. Customer service Que on phone is from hell with taking several minutes to get to the right person to be put on hold for another 10 minutes. Has anybody else had this issue? Keep in mind this ai sub company under IAAWG. Between going thru IVR Hell, wait times, hold times, and lack of anything documented I can see where the companies goals is to just make customers go thru hell."

"Very poor service, I had insurance with them as per the delux plan. My car started to emit smoke, I took it to the dealership they said the engine needed to be changed, However when I asked the protection plan to cover it, they said it could not be covered due to " Bad maintenance " .. They just washed their hands off. and blamed me. However, I had only got the car 2 to 3 weeks ago from the dealership, so there is no way I could have have maintained it badly over 2 weeks. They seem to find ways not to cover when you actually need it."
"Scammers!! We purchased their bumper to bumper protection plan. My car had a major engine failure and Needs a new engine. They found a little loophole in the warranty and denied my claim . I have to pay $11,000 to fix it and they will not cover a dime !!! Do not purchase their warranty."
