"This agency just informed me that they just have too many customers to give individual attention to each one. this was in response to my asking why they didn't notify me that my personal home insurance was being cancelled. i have several policies there now, which i will be moving to another agency that can handle things better than to just take an order on the phone, charge an extra fee (on top of their commission) and then forget about you."
