"After visiting NYC and enjoying one of the countries best restaurants Carbone, we knew when we returned home to Texas we had to try the new Texas location. It was everything we hoped for and more. A great staff, providing an amazing meal in a pristine restaurant. Everything was perfect and we are already planning our next visit."

"My business dinner at Carbone exceeded all expectations! We were drawn in by its stellar reputation for Italian cuisine, and we weren't disappointed. The food was outstanding, and our server was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the meal. The spicy rigatoni stole the show for me--it was absolutely divine and packed with flavor. However, the dim lighting in the restaurant, while adding to the ambiance, made it challenging to read the menu. We attempted to use our phone flashes to illuminate the menu and capture photos of the delicious dishes, but we were promptly informed that flashes weren't allowed. While this was initially a bit frustrating, we quickly adapted and focused on enjoying the incredible food and atmosphere. Despite this minor inconvenience, our experience at Carbone was nothing short of exceptional."

"Went with a group of girls and we all had a great time! The ambiance, service and food were top notch. The spicy rigatoni vodka lives up to its hype. The Caesar salad sounds basic but was so good. The bread basket, freshly broken Parmesan, pickled cauliflower and salami was 5 stars. We loved the sides too - broccoli rabe, mushrooms and potatoes. We even had some of their desserts, which were great. They make a really good Negroni and espresso martini! Can’t wait to be back!"

"I came in last night with very low expectations so saying that the restaurant exceeded my expectations might not mean much. I’m sad Bad Bunny wasn’t there…and that they didn’t even play Monaco once while we dined last night. JK. What was delicious? The bread basket!!! The cauliflower giardiniera, the spicy rigatoni, off-menu meatballs, and surprisingly the funghi trifolati side. The spicy rigatoni is prettyyyyy good but they just released their spicy vodka sauce and I’ll be picking up a few jars from Whole Foods tonight. They were out of calamari so the staff member suggested the octopus pizzaiolo and that was not a hit for us. I’m Vietnamese and am always down for fish sauce but this dish was pungent…really heavy on the Italian fish sauce so beware. Cesar salad is okay. They do make a show of the salad preparation so that was nice. Mocktails were surprisingly tasty but $15 each was kinda steep. They also charge you for every bottle of Perrier and Aqua Panna they serve you…and my biggest complaint is all of the food is heavily salted. So be warned and don’t be surprised by the bill."
