"We drove over and hour and a half for Valentine’s Day. I’m pretty disappointed.our waitress dropped off our meals but never any more water and never came back to check on us until after we were completely finished. I realized once I got home that I didn’t get my shrimp but I paid for them. The food itself was fine. I did the table side pasta and was rather BLAH. I wouldn’t call it fettuccine Alfredo because it was just noodles and Parmesan cheese. That’s not really what I’d call Alfredo. Just bummed we drove so far and then were over charged for mediocre food"

"Went there for dinner with my Mom and sister, the groceries are overpriced, but sourced from Italy. The restaurant was a terrible experience, after being asked if we were ready to order, I began ordering and was promptly cut off by the waitress saying she would like to hear the order from “the ladies first” who had not said anything earlier and had made clear they weren’t ready. The portions are too small, with the food lacking the traditional Italian taste. We had a burrata pizza which didn’t even have the whole ball of cheese on it, just pieces on each slice. There are plenty of other places where you can spend your money and get better value for money. At this point even Olive Garden would’ve been a better choice over this place."

"Simply amazing. The store itself is a little overwhelming at first so you'll definitely need about an hour or 2 to explore all the different products they have to offer. Even though we didn't have any of the fast service food, it looked amazing and hopefully we'll be making it back to try it. We did eat at the restaurant upstairs and it was amazing. You are easily deceived into thinking you are no where near the city due to the views from up top. You have no idea that just on the other side of the terrace there is a parking lot, lol. The food itself is something else and highly recommended. The atmosphere, food, service and everything in-between is truly wonderful. We were visiting from San Antonio and we look forward to making another trip to try other food offerings."

"Go to Eataly for a nice quick meal, or for shopping for your favorite Italian ingredients...pasta, sauces, cheese, wines, cookies, you name it! I was really surprised at the variety and quality of the products they have! After our lunch, which we order a real Italian Margherite pizza, we had Gelato!"

"Little slice of Italy right here in Dallas with amazing collection of pasta, cheese, chocolates, freshly made bread and desserts, fresh groceries, deli meats, wines and you name it. I really enjoyed just checking out the different areas. Even the simplest of things are done with perfection. I got the chickpea salad with some greens and it was delicious. All the ingredients were so fresh and you could tell the dressing had really good EVOO. Loved their desserts too. Just perfection and melt in your mouth."
